Adults

Unlike a young child, whose personality is still forming, an adult can be compared to a planet — one that has already developed a core and gradually accumulated many layers over time. These psychological layers are composed of personal experiences, memories, beliefs, cognitive patterns, and unfortunately, also unresolved trauma.

Adolescents

Adolescence is a time of profound change — physically, emotionally and socially. It’s a stage when identity begins to take shape in a more conscious way, yet it often comes with anxiety, confusion, inner conflict, and pressure. Many teens struggle with issues they don't feel comfortable sharing with family or friends.

Children

A child is like clay — soft, malleable, and ready to be shaped. At the beginning of life’s journey, a child needs care, attention, and thoughtful guidance. These early years are vital, as they lay the foundation for personality, character, and emotional development.

Family

My work with couples is based on the understanding that love is built and sustained through love itself — a conscious, living connection that embraces the whole of the other person. I believe that every human being has two sides: a “dark” side — difficult, sometimes destructive and unlovable; and a “bright” side — beautiful, attractive, and worthy of love.

About Me

"Modern man has transformed himself into a commodity; he experiences his life energy as an investment with which he should make the highest profit, considering his position and the situation on the personality market. He is alienated from himself, from his fellow men and from nature. His main aim is profitable exchange of his skills, knowledge, and of himself, his "personality package" with others who are equally intent on a fair and profitable exchange. Life has no goal except the one to move, no principle except the one of fair exchange, no satisfaction except the one to consume." – Erich Fromm

If you’re considering therapy, it’s natural to wonder—does it really help? The answer, supported by decades of research, is yes. Psychotherapy is a scientifically proven method for improving emotional, mental, and behavioral well-being.

Studies consistently show that therapy helps people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and a wide range of other concerns. It doesn’t just reduce symptoms—it fosters lasting change by addressing the underlying patterns that keep us stuck.
