Adolescence is a time of profound change — physically, emotionally and socially. It’s a stage when identity begins to take shape in a more conscious way, yet it often comes with anxiety, confusion, inner conflict, and pressure. Many teens struggle with issues they don't feel comfortable sharing with family or friends.

As a clinical psychologist, I offer a safe and supportive space where teenagers can be truly heard, understood, and accepted — without judgment, pressure, or generic advice.

I work with challenges such as:

  • low self-esteem and lack of confidence
  • anxiety, panic attacks, and depressive moods
  • communication difficulties with parents or peers
  • questions of identity and self-definition
  • aggression or social withdrawal
  • risky behaviors and addictive tendencies

My goal is to help teenagers:

  • gain deeper self-awareness
  • build stronger emotional foundations
  • express emotions in healthy, constructive ways
  • find their own direction and sense of purpose

I work individually with teens and, when appropriate, involve the family in the therapeutic process. Together, we can create the conditions for a more grounded, self-aware, and resilient transition through this pivotal stage of life.
